i had a lovely stay at the holiday inn. the room was a standard queen, and the carpet was clean, which made a big difference. the shower worked perfectly, and i enjoyed using the facilities at the spirit health club, especially the pool and hot tub. the staff were friendly and made my night enjoyable with their great service.

I loved how spacious the Standard Double Room was, and the pool with provided towels made relaxation easy after a long day. Enjoying a soak in the jacuzzi was a real treat! The only drawback was that the hallway carpeting seemed a bit worn, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

Cozy stay with a warm welcome

Spent 2 nights here and was greeted really nicely! My room was on the first floor and felt fresh, super comfy and spotless. Breakfast was a treat, lots of options and really well-made. The only thing was that the hotel could use some updates. a few lights were flickering and I noticed a bit of wear and tear. Otherwise a solid stay!

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the health center with its pool, steam bath, and sauna facilities, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The overall location of the hotel is also quite convenient, making it easy to explore Sutton.

The culinary scene around Sutton is cracking! Grab some scrumptious grub at All Bar One—it’s a local gem! The hotel’s lounge bar was decent for a cheeky pint, although they ran out of a few draughts. Staff were pretty helpful, making the experience all the better.

Whilst the water pressure was decent, my bath was ludicrously big—never-ending splashes! £12 for parking? A bit steep if you ask me! The furnishings in the room were a tad dated, but at least everywhere still felt tidy.
